1. Scope. These terms govern the use of the AdwenTech website and the contracting of modernization, automation, and AI training services.

2. Services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a specific written proposal or contract. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

3. Intellectual property. Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables developed for the client are transferred under a usage license once full payment is received. Reusable tools, methodologies, and code remain the property of AdwenTech.

4. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep commercial, operational, and technical information exchanged during the contractual relationship confidential.

5. Limitation of liability. AdwenTech does not guarantee specific revenue or savings results from the use of AI. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in dispute.

6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City.
